Our Employment Services team is here to support HR Managers in our member Councils. Our service can help you to untie that knotty issue or to tackle that challenge. It may be a question of the application of some obscure Regulation, it may be a need to talk over an answer with an understanding fellow professional or perhaps you need a policy or procedure quickly drafted for a Committee deadline - whatever the HR challenge, we can help.

We have a team of Partner Consultants, all ex-senior local government HR professionals, who are able to assist you when you need an extra pair of hands. The assignment can be as formal or informal, as you choose - to progress tasks, to investigate and report, to advise panels and assist in selection, etc. As an example, we now offer a workplace mediation service, to help resolve workplace disputes before they reach formal procedures. There is a charge for this service but our rates are highly competitive and offer value for money.
