Systems Administrator, Online Recruitment Portal

This is a temporary post for 12 months initially.

Secondments are welcome.

Salary: 27,849 – 29,235 plus casual car user allowance

Location: Based at our Winchester offices but travel across the entire South East region

Hours: 37 hours per week

We are looking for a confident, flexible and self-motivated Systems Administrator to support and develop our online recruitment portal.

The South East Jobs Portal offers an online jobs board as well as back office functionality to manage the recruitment process for public sector organisations in the south east region. The Portal is part of a national consortium and has sister portals in the South West, East Midlands, North East and North West.

You will be the first point of contact for our public sector clients and a key player in the relationship with our technical supplier.

You will design and configure the Portal system to meet our clients’ needs as well as providing training and advice to enable them to use the system with confidence and to its full capacity.

You will have experience of IT service delivery, development and support (ITIL certified desirable) working closely with clients, other Portals and the national consortium.

Working alongside the Implementation Manager, you will secure the long term future of the portal, develop & deliver training, control quality, monitor usage and engage with prospective clients.
