Content will be tailored to meet your specific needs.
- Completion of an Occupational Personality Questionnaire and provision of a personal Leadership Profile and Report.
- Confidential 1:1 feedback session with a qualified consultant.
- Action-planning, as required for individuals and the ‘team’ as appropriate to the particular authority.
- Coaching for success – as required.
Costs
£200 plus VAT per person for the completion of the questionnaire and provision of the report plus consultant time which will vary according to specific needs.
Venue
This programme can be run on your premises or at a shared venue for a group of authorities.
