Mid Sussex District Council organised a Leadership Conference to promote the dialogue around sharing knowledge and sharing services. Barry Quirk from Lewisham delivered a keynote address. The afternoon was very well received and some good ideas for taking the conversation further have been created. Over 100 managers and Cabinet members attended which was excellent.
