Training Needs Analysis

We can prepare and carry out a training needs analysis for your Authority, either corporately or for individual departments, service areas or members of staff. Methods would be agreed with those commissioning the analysis but may include:

  • Observation
  • Questionnaires
  • Interviews
  • Focus groups
  • Facilitation of meetings

A full report would then be prepared and presented to the relevant people in your Authority.

Evaluation

We can carry out an evaluation of any training and development activities in your Authority. This may be for a specific programme such as Management Development or may be to obtain structured feedback on your in-house training provision. A full report with recommendations would be prepared and presented to the relevant people in your Authority.
