Member Development Skills Portal
The Skills Portal is a new tool which provides an easy online solution to measuring the skills of your authority's members against the Political Skills Framework. This includes 360 degree feedback and easy access to summaries and analysis of all the data.

SEE uses the LG Improvement and Development (formally known as IDeA) Political Skills Framework as the basis for our programmes for councillors.
