Education HR Advice

Since January 2011, following a request from the Local Government Employers (LGE), South East Employers (SEE) has taken over the responsibility for answering queries and providing advice on matters related to school teachers’ pay and terms and conditions of employment as contained in both the School Teachers’ Pay and Conditions Document (STPCD) and Burgundy Book.

This advisory service is available to children’s services authorities and local education authorities who are subscribers to SEE and these web pages are part of this new service.
