Please note:
i) Full joining instructions will be sent approximately two weeks before the event.
ii) We will invoice your authority/organisation approximately two weeks before the event.
Cancellation Policy
Cancellations must be made in writing. If a nominee cannot attend the following rates apply:
- Notification up to 15 clear working days before event - NO CHARGE
- Notification less than 15 clear working days before event - 100% CHARGE
- Substitute nominations will be accepted.
Clear working days are exclusive of day of cancellation and the first day of the event.
