The Research & Information team at SEE provide a wide range of research and information services to our members. These include:

  • Information Services

    We answer specific queries from individual members, regularly conducting mini email surveys in response to the queries and requests received. This gives a good insight into practice across the region.

  • Pay Benchmarking

    We collate and disseminate a wide range of information on pay levels, employment practice, benchmarking and the regional labour market.
    We also produce an annual Regional Pay and Benefits survey, with the full report circulated to all participants.

    We can carry out commissioned salary surveys for member authorities, tailored to meet your individual needs.

    We have a range of policies from our member authorities available to view in our Policy Database.
