THE SOUTH EAST MENTORING PROGRAMME
This month we launch the South East Mentoring Programme to build capacity and develop current and future leaders.We’re encouraging mentors and mentees from Chief Executive / Director level and through the senior / middle management grades.
Mentoring can support
specific improvement projects or partnerships in the region
managers in new roles following restructuring or the development of new services
graduates or staff new to local government
senior managers / directors preparing for further progression
SEE co-ordinates the matching of mentors with mentees and provides training support, evaluation and guidance throughout. This ensures clear learning and improvement objectives are agreed and achieved.
