South East Recruitment and Retention Portal
SEE are involved in establishing a recruitment and retention portal for councils in the south east region. The project has now started in our region and regular progress reports will be sent out to all authorities.

A number of authorities have now signed up to the portal and we are currently preparing their personalised web pages and getting their jobs live on the portal.
If you still haven’t signed up and would like more information we are currently providing individual demonstrations of the full portal system to interested authorities.

Portal options
There are two levels of participation for authorities in the South East:
Portal Light – vacancy sharing only
Jobseekers are directed back to your own website for further information about the position and to apply direct to you online.Portal Plus – full end to end service
Incorporates back office functionality and will yield greater cost and efficiency savings.
The portal project allows you to retain as much or as little of your existing processes as you wish. Some authorities with well developed systems may choose to use the portal simply as an additional external vacancy advertising tool, without incorporating any of the back end functionality. Others may wish to consider the Portal Plus at a later stage, depending on current contracts.
