We provide qualified consultants to advise any panel convened to hear a management case be it for disciplinary, grievance, harassment & bullying, capability or absence hearing. We are also able to provide advisors for appeal hearings. Due to our operating procedures we are normally able to provide support at investigation, hearing and appeal stages without compromising independence.
