Outplacement Services

Our Outplacement Services provide one-to-one coaching sessions and/or group workshops for staff facing redundancy in local authorities.

By the end of the session/workshop participants will be able to:

• identify their ‘route’ through the natural change cycle
• write or enhance their C.V and job search as appropriate
• appreciate their strengths and transferable skills
• enhance their preparation for interview
• set Well Formed Outcomes
• understand the value of networking.
