Aim
To explain and make relevant recent developments in legislation and case law affecting employment.
Target audience
People aspiring to supervisory or managerial roles or anyone with an interest in learning more about employment law.

Recent Legislation and case law and its employment and workplace implications, including:
- Discrimination, equalities and Human Rights
- Equal Pay
- Working Time
- Health, stress, smoking etc.
The Programme will be designed precisely to report on recent developments at the time.
Style
The course will consist of expert input through presentations, a number of group discussions and practical exercises and some cases studies. Participants will be encouraged to draw up an action plan at the end of the course to put into practice what they have learnt.
Venue
This programme can be run on your premises or at a shared venue for a group of authorities.
