Introduction to Employment Law

This course will take you through the basic elements of employment law. Learn how to tackle those common HR and employment issues in a confident manner.

By the end of this course, you will be able to:

  • understand the legal principles that apply to the relationship between the employer and the employee
  • evaluate your organisation’s documentation, policies and procedures against the legal requirements
  • provide basic advice on resolving employment issues, while following best practice.

This course is designed for those who are new to HR or are non-HR professionals with people management responsibilities.
