Style
The course will consist of expert input through presentations, a number of group discussions and practical exercises and some cases studies. Participants will be encouraged to draw up an action plan at the end of the course to put into practice what they have learnt.
Venue
This programme can be run on your premises or at a shared venue for a group of authorities.
