To advise on best practice in managing transfers, redundancy and organisational change and how to apply it in the workplace

People aspiring to supervisory or managerial roles and those who wish to develop or update their knowledge in this area. No previous knowledge is required.

- Determining justifiable change - the ETO reason
- Dealing with redundancy and redeployment
- When and how to consult
- How to calculate payments
Style
The course will consist of expert input through presentations, a number of group discussions and practical exercises and some cases studies. Participants will be encouraged to draw up an action plan at the end of the course to put into practice what they have learnt.
Venue
This programme can be run on your premises or at a shared venue for a group of authorities.
