Workstation Assessments under the Health and Safety (Display Screen Equipment) Regulations 1992
Aim
At the end of the course, delegates should have an awareness and understanding of:
- the key provisions of the health and safety (display screen equipment) regulations 1992;
- the potential health risks associated with display screen work, and the precautions necessary to avoid or reduce these risks;
- Be able to undertake workstation assessments for display screens within their own work areas
Target Audience
Senior Managers, Managers, Supervisors and all other designated staff required to undertake workstation assessments under the DSE Regulations
Duration
Half Day: 9.30am – 12.30pm or 1.30pm - 4.30pm
Style
This is a participative event that blends tutor presentations, experience sharing and practical work.
Venue
This programme can be run on your premises or at a shared venue for a group of authorities.
