Aim

To help participants understand different types of behaviour and their effects and to use assertive skills effectively to deal with difficult situations or people.

  • Effective communication - verbal and non-verbal

Venue

This programme can be run on your premises or at a shared venue for a group of authorities.

Courses are run monthly at West Sussex County Council in Chichester and external delegates are welcome
