To update participants’ knowledge of modern Equalities legislation and its implications for employment and customer services/approaches

People aspiring to supervisory or managerial roles or anyone interested in learning about equalities legislation in the workplace

Style
The course will consist of expert input through presentations, a number of group discussions and practical exercises and some cases studies. Participants will be encouraged to draw up an action plan at the end of the course to put into practice what they have learnt.
