Jackie

Jackie is an experienced and well-qualified improvement and development consultant and is a Fellow of the Chartered Institute of Personnel and Development. Prior to joining SEE she worked in local government. Jackie is qualified to provide a full range of psychometric tests and personality profiles. She is a qualified Neuro-Linguistic Programming (NLP) Practitioner, has an honours degree in Public Policy and Administration, has professional training and development qualifications and Level 5 NVQ in Management.

  

Key Work Areas

Jackie undertakes a full range of consultancy, training and coaching assignments relating to workforce, management and organisational development. Areas of work include:

  • assessment and recruitment to senior posts
  • psychometric testing for assessment and development centres
  • leadership programmes, including ASPIRE, Keeping Ahead and Women in Management
  • performance management and appraisal
  • influencing and communication skills
  • team development
  • one-to-one coaching for managers
  • outplacement and career development
  • consultancy assignments relating to people and organisational development.
  

Approach to Training

Jackie is keen to blend theory and practice in her programmes and strives to ensure that participants translate their learning to the workplace, with tangible performance improvement. She believes that however competent an officer or member is, they can explore ways of doing things differently and/or better. The spirit of continuous improvement, regardless amount of experience, is important.

Programmes are designed to ensure that all learning styles are catered for and there is a mix of individual and group work activities as well as tutor input.
