Job Evaluation Training

SEE has a team of experienced consultants with a wealth of knowledge of local government.

Aims and course outline

A one-day workshop covering job evaluation practices and principles based on the 'Green Book' NJC Scheme for Local Government Services. Informative and practical, this will enable participants to carry out job evaluation in-house.

There are open JE Training courses running at SEE Offices in Winchester in 2012. Please view our events calendar for dates.

Alternatively, we can arrange in-house courses for a minimum of eight participants if there is interest. This could be for one council or a group of councils in a particular area.
