One-to-One Councillor Development Service

Training and coaching go hand-in hand. By providing some structured support and using a process to help councillors develop greater competence and to overcome barriers, they can enhance their contribution to corporate and community priorities.

• Do you sometimes consider your development needs but don’t have the time or funding to attend expensive,formal courses?
• Do you wish your life was easier as a member?
• Would you like to have strictly confidential discussions, to develop your knowledge and skills?

Cost

£100 (plus VAT and minimal travel cost) per two hour session.
