Team Coaching

We are delighted to introduce Jackie Wright, a partner consultant who is highly qualified and experienced in team coaching. She has extensive public service experience, including local government.

There are many situations where team coaching is a valuable approach, for example, when a team is:

• Experiencing significant change / restructuring
• New or there has been significant change in membership
• Working in a partnership or as part of a multi-agency group
• Undertaking a strategic planning role
• Tasked with a one-off project

Team coaching provides everyone with an opportunity to contribute and help develop solutions to which they are really committed. Expected outcomes might include:

• Role clarity and common goal focus
• Increased employee engagement
• Improved customer service
• Goal achievement through focused action, based on effective planning
• Reduced costs – do more with less
• Excellent communications

Full briefing sessions plus six coaching sessions of approx two hours at your workplace.

£3,000.00 plus VAT, and other agreed expense.
