Construction (Design and Management) Regulations 2007 Briefing

A half-day workshop aimed at ensuring that all those involved in the construction, maintenance, repair and refurbishment of buildings and other structures are conversant with the requirements of Construction (Design and Management) Regulations 2007.

Engineers, architects, clerks of works, technical staff and all those involved in construction and maintenance work.

  • the principal health and safety risks to workers and others arising from construction and maintenance work
  • the key requirements of the Construction (Design and Management) Regulations 2007 and the Approved Code of Practice (ACoP)
  • the health and safety responsibilities of the duty holders involved, including designers, clients, CDM co-ordinators, principal contractors and contractors.
