Customer Insight and Redress - Roundtable discussion

Progress through Partnership is holding this roundtable discussion to bring together a small group of strategic leaders to take part in an interactive debate around customer insight and redress.

The session will be introduced by a member of the Redress review Team, who will discuss the work and learning from the reveiw and stimulate further discussion around this subject.

An informal discussion/debate will follow, facilitated by a member of the PtP team.
