PtP core team
The PtP team is made up of three core staff members based in the offices at South East Employers (SEE) in Winchester. The team has been based here since 2007. Shared Intelligence (Si), one of PtPs delivery partners, are based in London and have a lot of experience working along side central government and with local authorities. Programme Manager
Sian joined SEE from the Policy Unit at Hampshire County Council (HCC) where she worked closely with elected members to provide advice and support as part of ongoing work to promote the understanding of key national, regional and sub regional issues, and the local role of the elected member. She has sat on three district Local Strategic Partnerships (LSPs) and Crime and Disorder Reduction Partnerships (CDRPs), helping to develop partnership working and ensuring the County voice was heard at board level. Before joining HCC Sian worked at CSR Partnership, an economic development and regeneration consultancy based in the West Midlands but working nationally. Clients have included local authorities, government offices, voluntary sector organisations, national bodies such as the Learning and Skills Council (LSC), statutory bodies such as Primary Care Trusts (PCTs), and the ODPM.

Partnership and Communications Coordinator
Janine Gill has recently taken up the position of the PtP Partnership and Communications Coordinator. Janine has been working on the PtP programme since August 2009 and has been involved in a variety of projects which have included; managing the PtP annual conference, attending the regional events, putting together the quarterly newsletter as well as keeping all the LSP contact details up to date on the PtP database and managing the central fund. Janine used to work as a Three Day Event groom before returning to University to complete a degree in International Business Management of which she graduated in 2008 with a 2:1. Horses are still a major part of her life as she spends most weekends at events throughout the season!
