Cancellation policy

At SEE we offer a wide range of services and events, and our aim is to make these available to as broad an audience as possible. To minimise wasted costs and booked places not being taken, our courses and events are subject to a cancellation policy as laid out below.

Free events

If you register for a free event but then do not attend without giving at least two weeks’ notice, we will charge a fee of £50 to cover our administration.

If you cannot attend, you are welcome to nominate another person to attend in your place. There will be no charge made for this.

Chargeable training and events

If you cancel your place more than one month before the event, there will be no charge.

If you cancel up to two weeks before the event, we will charge 50% of the event fee.

If you cancel less than two weeks before the event, we will charge 100% of the event fee.

If you cannot attend, you are welcome to nominate another person to attend in your place. There will be no charge made for this.

In-house training

Cancellations will be accepted up to one week before the training date. Cancellations received after this date will be subject to full costs.
