See collaborate

SEE Collaborate drives continuous improvement, learning, and innovation by connecting expert teams from councils across the South East. Through our collaboration networks, we create space for shared insight, joint problem-solving, and the exchange of best practice.

These networks bring together professionals in HR, Democratic Services, senior leadership, and elected councillors, offering a supportive environment to tackle common challenges, explore new ideas, and strengthen local government delivery.

Whether you’re looking to stay informed, develop practical solutions, or build peer connections, SEE Collaborate helps you do more together.
