Sarah Cope
Business Development Manager

Sarah is the Business Development Manager at South East Employers having joined in June 2020. She has over 18 years’ experience working in Local Government and brings a very varied range of skills to the SEE team. Before joining SEE, Sarah worked as a senior member of a busy Communications team, responsible for managing and creating digital/design projects and campaigns and supporting internal and external work.

At heart Sarah is a passionate creative and experienced Graphic Designer bringing her unique design skills to the team. She is often found busy creating animations, infographics, digital and print leaflets, social content, and recruitment brochures among many other projects. She is also an accomplished front-end web designer responsible for managing and developing the SEE and SEJobs.co.uk websites, introducing new and exciting content for our organisations.

She is also a regular host and producer of SEE’s The HR Edit podcast, asking probing questions of our experts and sharing her own experiences in the recording.

Sarah works closely with the SEE team managing the business and administration of SEE and co-ordinates the services we provide. She works to innovate, develop and promote our services to organisations in the South East, ensuring they are of the highest quality. She also facilitates the monthly South East Health and Safety Network meeting.
