Throughout his 35-year career, Max has moved beyond the “technical” to focus on the “practical”—specifically how digital tools can optimize workflow, improve the speed of decisions, and augment workforce capacity. Having held executive roles across the healthcare system and the private sector, he understands the delicate balance of managing stakeholder demands while driving innovation. His expertise in AI, ethics, data governance, and workforce strategies provides a vital perspective for HR professionals tasked with preparing their teams for a digital-first future.
