County & Unitary Strategic HR Network

This is a SEE member only network, your organisation must be a member of South East Employers in order to attend.

This network meets every other month.

The focus is key workforce issues facing County and Unitary councils such as Hybrid Working, the Wellbeing Agenda and the EDI strategy. We focus on one key item each meeting with a short discussion about the a focus topic for the next meeting to maximise contributions from all participants and learning gained.
