HR Strategic Networking event
We are thrilled to be able to return to our annual Strategic HR Conference in London this year. At this event we will bring you a range of speakers to showcase some of the innovative approaches being taken in responding to key issues facing our Local Authority HR teams right now: Workforce Planning, Data, Equity, Diversity & Inclusion and of course the latest update on pay.
This is also an opportunity to network and catch up with colleagues across the south east, together with a celebration of SEE’s Centenary.
Recognising the challenges of the last few years, and our Centenary, this event will be open to all our councils and fire and rescue services.
Aimed at Heads of HR, or their nominated Strategic Lead, we are encouraging attendance from as many councils as possible to share the learning and experiences to take back to your own teams. Unfortunately, this means we may need to limit attendance to one Strategic Lead per council to ensure the widest pool of councils able to join us. However, if you have other colleagues who would benefit from attending, please include their details when booking your place, so that we can contact them if places are still available.
