This one-day virtual workshop will give you the knowledge and skills to run NJC job evaluation panels and appeals in-house. You will:

• Understand core job evaluation principles and good practice
• Gain clear knowledge of the NJC for Local Government Services Job Evaluation Scheme
• Practise evaluating roles through guided case studies and panel exercises
• Learn how to plan and conduct panels, record rationales, and manage appeals effectively

After this session participants will leave feeling confident to undertake job evaluation and appeals within their organisation.
