South East Pay Briefing

The National Employers are keen to start engaging with councils about the challenges that lie ahead in forthcoming pay rounds, particularly the ongoing issue of how the NJC pay spine will be able to absorb the impact of the most recent forecast for the National Living Wage to reach more than £10.50 in 2024.

We are inviting Leaders, Elected Members, Chief Executives, Heads of Human Resources and Heads of Finance to attend this virtual meeting with the National Employers on 2 March 2022.
All councils are encouraged to be represented, including those on local pay.
