Town and Parish Council Surgery sessions

The Town and Parish Council Surgery meets monthly and provides a practical space to explore common governance and HR challenges, particularly in the context of approaching Local Government Reorganisation (LGR).

The surgery offers the opportunity to ask questions, share experience and learn from others in an informal and supportive network. Sessions are supported by specialist advice on both governance and people‑management matters, helping councils tackle real issues with confidence.

This network is available to Town and Parish councils members only and is open to clerks and officers with governance or HR responsibilities.
We meet monthly via Microsoft Teams.
