Kirsty is the Governance, Development and Consultancy Manager at South East Employers (SEE), having joined the organisation in September 2024. She brings over two decades of experience in local government, with a proven track record in democratic services, governance, and councillor development. Her career spans a range of strategic and operational roles, supporting political and executive leaders through change, elections, and the implementation of effective governance processes.

Kirsty is known for her ability to simplify complex legislation, deliver high-quality training, and build trusted relationships across councils, partners, and communities. She has led service improvements, developed toolkits and training resources, and supported councils through scrutiny reviews, constitutional changes, and election delivery.

At SEE, Kirsty provides professional support through independent workplace investigations, responds to governance queries, facilitates networking events, and designs and delivers training activities.
