Senior HR and L&D managers with a remit for embedding a coaching & mentoring culture and ethos. Learners will have experience of coaching others within the organisation or externally. Therefore there will be no practical training sessions. Training is based on supporting learners with the qualification requirements.
To enable senior HR and L&D managers gain a Level 7 (Masters) qualification and to learn strategies in how to embed a coaching and mentoring culture and ethos within their organisation.
Learners will attend virtual session in small tutor led coaching groups to share learning and understanding of skills, knowledge and strategies to embed coaching. This training is self directed with support from the tutor.
