Course Description

This coaching supervision session offers internal coaches a safe, supportive and confidential space to pause, reflect and grow in their coaching practice. Designed specifically for coaches working within their own organisation, the session recognises the unique challenges of balancing relationships, boundaries and professional responsibilities while supporting others.

Facilitated by an experienced coaching supervisor, the session provides time to talk openly, think things through and explore dilemmas, ideas or experiences as they arise. There is no expectation to bring a set agenda or defined goals. Instead, the focus is on learning through reflection, discussion and gentle challenge, helping coaches build confidence, maintain ethical practice and continue developing their effectiveness.

Whether you are an experienced internal coach or newer to the role, this session offers the opportunity to feel listened to, supported and professionally grounded, enabling you to show up at your best for those you coach.
