All internal qualified coaches who have not been asigned an external coach supervisor.

Purpose

On-going development for internal coaches to enable them to be their very best as an internal coach and to ensure ethical boundaries and coach relationships are being maintained and reflected on.

Learning Outcomes

A private and confidential space to be listened to and asked questions to help internal coaches develop in their role and challenged in a supportive way. There is not requirement for a goal or outcome. The supervisee will learn from the coaching supervisor who acts as a mentor.
