Purpose

To work with an external, qualified and experienced coach-practitioner on any work related issue, problem, challenge and ethical dilemma with the aim of moving forward to gain a solution and positive outcome. Typically 6 sessions will be agreed up front with the option of extending or reducing them at a later stage.

Learning Outcomes

A private and confidential space to be listened to and be asked questions to help you see things from a different perspective for a positive outcome. Client will be responsible and accountable for the outcome whilst the coach will manage the process, ask questions which challenge and support and will listen with intent to what is being said and not said.
