What it's all about...
This executive coaching offer is designed for senior leaders, heads of service and councillors who want space to think, reflect and lead with confidence during times of complexity and change. Coaching provides a confidential, supportive environment to explore leadership challenges, test thinking and work through real issues as they arise.
Working one‑to‑one with an experienced external professional coach, coachees are supported to clarify goals, make sense of situations and identify practical, sustainable ways forward. Sessions are shaped around the individual, allowing time to reflect on leadership style, decision making, relationships and personal impact. The emphasis is on empowering the coachee to develop their own insights and solutions, rather than being given advice.
Coaching is flexible and tailored to fit around busy senior roles. Typically, programmes involve between 6 and 10 hours of coaching, delivered over 6 to 10 months, with sessions lasting between 1 and 1.5 hours at times to suit the coachee. Sessions are normally delivered virtually, with face‑to‑face coaching available where practicable.
Executive coaching offers senior leaders a valuable opportunity to step back, gain perspective and strengthen their leadership capability, supporting them to lead with clarity, resilience and assurance.

6 hours of coaching per senior exec is between £1,800 and £2200 per person.
