Aimed at anyone new to an organisation who is part of a mentoring scheme.
Purpose
To develop great mentors within the workplace with the skills to get the most from their mentees.
Learning Outcomes
Know what mentoring is. Know what to expect from your mentor. Learn how to be curious and what questions to ask your mentor. Learn how to set goals and targets.
Cost
Virtual course – £300 for a group up to eight people
In-person course – £500 for a group up to twelve people
