Purpose
Overview and scrutiny is a challenging but rewarding role. This one-day workshop will provide current and potential Chairs of scrutiny with the knowledge and skills to undertake the role successfully. The workshop will consider all aspects of the Chairs and Vice Chairs role to support scrutiny improvement and enhance performance.
Learning Outcomes

- How to develop an effective relationship with the cabinet
