Salary: £45, 502 – £47,578 (subject to 2023 pay award)
Hours: Part or Full Time – between 30 – 37 hours per week

This new HR Business Partner role will focus on providing HR and OD support to councils across the South East, enabling them to provide more effective services to their communities.
Key duties:
- Providing practical HR & Employment Law advice,
- Writing blogs and news articles on current and future HR matters,
- Undertaking HR casework including role reviews and pay benchmarking,
- Supporting our networks.
You will:
- Have a strong understanding of employment law and HR best practice,
- Be able to take complex information and make it accessible to our clients,
- Have an enquiring approach to be able to interpret the impact of future changes,
- Be able to build relationships at all levels of our clients’ workforces,
- Enjoy working independently as well as part of a team,
- Have excellent written and verbal communication skills,
- Have strong organisational skills,
- Preferably have experience in Local Government, or other unionised workplace.
